Martin Berasategui is one of Tom’s favorite restaurants. It’s a restaurant that is continuously on the cutting edge of new gastronomical techniques, experiments with flavors and textures, but also offers age old favorites from years past that have stood the test of time.

Geranium was very different than what we expected and what we have experienced in the past. Emphasis was on herbs and vegetables and showcased Denmark’s short growing season and food staples in a way that had us rethinking our opinions on Nordic fare.
Much of our travel has been based on on the Worlds 50 Best Restaurants list; Copenhagen, New York, Mexico City, Spain, and later this year, Bangkok. It appears that there might be a little shake up on this year’s top 50 best.
